I just love this man's style. Darick Robertson strikes again and brings us this intimate verisimilar image of Nightcrawler. Not so long ago, I would not have expected to find artists I so respect within the genre of comic books, but there are veins of rich talent running here and there through the comic world. I also love the coloring on this one and will have to find out who did it.

Matt Milla is the colorist.

I don't know what all the fuss is about over Darick Robertson's art. Looks average to me. It's at least something that wouldn't especially catch my eye. I mean, it's more than sufficient - don't get me wrong. The quality is most definitely there. But there's nothing very striking about the work, either.

We just differ in taste, I guess.

:O

How dare you! Get off my blog! Totally kidding, of course, Ghost. Your opinions are always valued here, even when they're wrong (j/k). :P

And yes, Matt Milla it is. Perfect compliment to Darick's drawing style, in my opinion.

That's me at the corner there. Just lurking in the rain. Mysterious. Anonymous. Beady yellow eyes. How did you ever find a photo of me?!?!?!

Wow, reminds me of the afternoon I went to watch Sin City with BBFK in Bath, the old Roman town in the west of England... it rained the whole time...

Nice bit of artwork... must dig out my "Violent Messiahs: Book of Job"...
